Hi, We both have slightly different goals but we work well at getting on the same page and being open about changes… but we do have fairly busy schedules so we need to take some short cuts where we can. My blood sugar is pretty under control where she still has the occasional carb crash. I will break down where we are and what we are doing and if there’s any suggestions or critique to making this work more efficiently, please let me know. This allows for flexibility by missing a day and still getting a 5:2 out of it. Sounds reasonable right? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
